Get maximum results in less time in this heart pumping class by using body weight moves, cardiovascular bursts and strength training.  Choose your own intensity, resistance and pace.  Fun, energetic and encouraging coaching keeps you safe, focused and never bored!

WARRIOR Rhythm

Wednesdays at noon

Fitness focussed with yoga undertones, WARRIOR Rhythm strength, flexibility and balance.  Think: Yoga + weights + HIIT + mindfulness rolled into one insanely rhythmic experience!

DanceFit

Tuesdays at 5:30pm

Not ready to Dance with the Stars?  NO WORRIES!  DanceFit incorporates EASY to follow choreography combined with body weight moves that make you sweat and tunes that make you smile!  NO experience needed and adaptable to EVERY fitness level!
