Small Group Functional Training

Enjoy the fun group setting as you challenge your core, improve endurance, increase strength and burn calories!

  • 6 weeks of functional training in a group setting with a maximum of eight people

  • Two one hour classes per week with a certified personal trainer

  • Suspension training on our Rip60 suspension system

  • Train on the FreeMotion Vertex vibration trainer

  • Use stability balls, kettle bells, ropes, medicine balls, plyo boxes, and more

Small Group Training for Endurance Athletes:

Improve your time on your next triathlon or half marathon while training with a small group of people that will help motivate you through challenging workouts.

  • 6 weeks of endurance training with a maximum of six people that is designed specifically for those who want to improve their performance in a small group setting.  Sessions include

  • Two one hour classes per week taught by a certified trainer who specializes in endurance sports.

  • Indoor cycle workouts

  • Pool workouts

  • FreeMotion Incline Trainer workouts

  • Functional strength training

  • Online nutritional guidance

Group Weight Loss:

With a friendly non-intimidating environment you’ll reach your goal in no time!  Guided by a certified personal trainer and a small group of people who will help motivate and encourage you through your journey to lose weight and keep it off.

  • 12 week small group training program with a maximum of eight people that focuses on weight loss through exercise and proper eating habits.  

  • Two one hour classes per week with a certified personal trainer

  • Online program to track your progress and nutritional guidance

  • Exercises that are specific to your goals and fitness level
